Sunday Salon

Hello everybody and happy Sunday! :) I am swamped with books that I will start reading as soon as I get back from the radio station. I always have a lot of books around that I'm either reading or beginning to read. It's just finding the time to sit down and read! :)

There are so many wonderful books coming out it's hard to choose which one to start reading, I suppose. :) Hopefully, I'll have some reviews coming this week. Wish me luck! :)

Sunday Salon

Hello Everyone and welcome to the first Sunday in December. It's freezing here today and I have to go out at 11:30 AM to do my radio show. Brrr! I guess I have to bundle up! :)

Anyway, even though I haven't posted any reviews yet, I am reading and have been updating my blog's template. I have many things coming up in December though, definite reviews for Chill Run by Russell Brooks, Untraceable by S. R. Johannes, Black and Orange by Benjamin Kane Ethridge and many other books so stay tuned for the posts! :)

I have also been helping my mom update her blog at Moonshine and Rosefire. A shameless plug for her I know, but she would never do it for herself; she's too nice! :) She's reading so fast as well, compared to me she has two books read already this month. It's only the 4th of December and she's posted two reviews. Wow! :)

Anyway, that's my update for today - kind of a slow day for me but very good. See you all next week! :)

Sunday Salon

Hello again, everyone and happy Sunday to you all. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving as we both did with family or friends and are all prepared as we fall headlong into the Holiday Season. :) I have banned myself from hearing Christmas songs until December 1st. :)

Anyway, I wanted to say that I have two new reviews coming up this week. Please look out for a review of Untraceable by Shelli Wells coming out on November 29th. Ms. Wells was wonderful enough to answer a few questions for me this week so look for an author interview coming up soon. Also, look out for a review of  Chill Run by Russell Brooks coming out on December 1st. Mr. Brooks has a contest of some type going on involving Chill Run. It starts today and lasts until November 30th. I haven't read the email that he sent me yet, but will post about it later. For those of you who had followed the original Emeraldfire's Bookmark, Rosefire had read Unsavory Delicacies also by Russell Brooks. She really enjoyed it.

Sunday Salon

Hello Everyone! Happy Sunday to you all and I must say that I have felt marooned being cut off from Internet access for a while. I am restarting, for myself, The Sunday Salon. Welcome again, Everyone!

First of all, a hearty welcome to all my followers and readers it's been a while. If you don't mind me explaining what happened to me for the past two weeks I will. Long story short, my computer hard drive crashed so I had to get a new computer. I needed wireless access and luckily I have an Internet savvy friend who was able to help me out of the goodness of her heart. Actually, her son hooked me up to the Internet finally, so I wanted to give a big shout-out to Lisa and Austin. Thanks so much, guys! :)

What also happened was that my blog went down as well. So I had to set up a whole new blog for myself. I'm afraid that I might have ticked off some of my virtual tour guides. I'm so sorry to you all! But I am back in "business" and as soon as I learn how to back up my blog better all my posts will be back up and running. I hope against hope!
